WHAT IS ZE.ZE
One of the questions we are often asked is: What is exactly ZE.ZE? How does it work?
The answer is complex because the organization is made of many different pieces
which together create its unique richness. In order to simplify the answer, we tried to explain this unique richness
by focusing on what stands at the basis of the organization, what our model is and what our values are.
WHO ARE WE
ZE.ZE is a social organization based on a community of young people who create unique projects
which have a social impact and a business model.
HOW DO WE DO IT
The ZE.ZE community: The community is the heart of the organization.
The organization allows the members of the community to participate in projects and develop themselves - in areas they know, learn or love - while contributing socially.
Social impact: Every project has the intention of creating social value and social change.
Business model: Every project has a business model of which the goal is to economically sustain itself. All of the profits return to the organization and are invested in the development of the projects and in the establishment of new ones.
WHAT DO WE BELIEVE IN
Social activity can and should be enjoyable, creative and innovative.

Social activity doesn't contradict the individualistic development of the members of the community.
The community is the grounds for expression, creativity, acceptance and collective work towards a
higher purpose.
ANYONE CAN BE PART OF THE COMMUNITY AND EVERYONE HAS SOMETHING TO CONTRIBUTE
The beauty lies in flexibility - one day you may participate in a project, the next, you may have an idea for a project and you may become the initiator that leads and operates it.
